Healing doesn't always begin with words.
Some experiences are difficult to explain because they're stored in emotions, sensations, memories, or the body rather than language. Sometimes talking about trauma isn't enough — and sometimes it feels like too much.
EMDR and Expressive Arts Therapy offer gentle yet effective ways to process painful experiences while helping you reconnect with your strengths, creativity, and resilience.
Together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. You don't have to relive every detail of your story to begin healing.
I view healing as more than reducing symptoms. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your inner strengths, and create lasting change that extends beyond the therapy room. When appropriate, creative expression can become another pathway toward healing, insight, and growth.
