I am an out-of-network (OON) provider and am not contracted with any insurance companies.
If you have a PPO insurance plan, I can provide you with a monthly super-bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan — contact your insurance provider to find out your out-of-network benefits.
💡 Tip: When calling your insurance, ask: "What is my out-of-network mental health benefit?" and "What is my deductible?" This will help you understand your potential reimbursement.
I accept all major credit cards, cash, and check as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after the 24-hour mark may be charged the full session rate.
If you do not show up for your scheduled session without notifying me at least 24 hours prior, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
If at any point you decide to take a break from therapy, or feel we are no longer a fit, or require a different type of therapy, I ask that you kindly communicate with me so I can provide appropriate referrals.
I do not provide refunds for therapeutic services.
As of January 1, 2022, clinicians are required to provide patients with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of what services will cost and how long they may last, under the No Surprises Act (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act).
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate before your scheduled service begins. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 above the Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute that bill.
Please note that I am unable to provide an exact and definitive timeframe for how long treatment will be. Treatment is unique to every individual and may change over time based on your needs. As my client, you have the right to decide when treatment is complete.
